Return and Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your hat, please contact us at copperhollowhats@gmail.com

• We will except returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Shipping will not be refunded to the customer unless an item is shipped in error.
• All hats must be unworn for a refund.
• Any patch received in error will be fixed and a new patch resent at no charge to the customer.
• Process of the refund may take anywhere from 5-7 business from receipt of the returned item.
• Please contact us for any questions or inquiries with your product.
